Terms

Educational purpose

Roversagaharmonicbuzz publishes general information about songwriting, home recording and constructive feedback. The material is not individual professional, legal, medical or financial advice. It does not guarantee creative improvement, commercial success, publication, equipment compatibility or any particular result.

Recording guidance is a practical starting point, not a substitute for equipment instructions or appropriate safety advice. Keep listening levels comfortable and follow the safety requirements of your devices.

A static resource, not a hosted community

Despite the domain’s forum suffix, this website does not provide member accounts, live discussions, uploads, private messages or moderation of an external writing group. Editorial examples are not represented as real member posts. There is no service for submitting songs for review and no promise of individual feedback.

Respect for creative work

Copyright and other rights in songs, recordings, performances, books, photographs, software and other materials remain with their respective rights holders. Mentioning a work does not transfer rights or grant a licence to reproduce it. The site’s original editorial content is protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may link to these pages and use the ideas in your own creative practice. Do not reproduce substantial site content, misrepresent authorship or redistribute protected images without permission or another lawful basis. Statutory exceptions and rights are not removed by these terms.

Sharing and collaboration

Get appropriate permission before sharing another person’s unpublished material, performance or personal information. Discuss ownership, credits and permitted use when a feedback exchange becomes collaboration. This website does not resolve authorship disputes or determine whether your proposed use of third-party material is lawful.

Do not use contact details to send harassment, unlawful material or unsolicited private recordings. The presence of a contact address is not an invitation to send confidential work.

Local tools and correspondence

The message composer prepares text on your device. Previewing, copying or downloading is not delivery to the website. You are responsible for reviewing any draft and deciding whether to send it through a separate email service. Browser restrictions may prevent clipboard access or file downloads.

No response time, continued availability or data recovery is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important writing. See Privacy for information about local drafts and correspondence.

Independent references

References to named authors, books, recording applications or other organisations are informational. Roversagaharmonicbuzz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those parties. Product features, licences and availability can change; check the relevant provider before relying on them.

Accuracy, availability and legal rights

Content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
